Il progetto “Apriti Bosco!” è un progetto del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà riguardo la rivalutazione di un’area verde, che attualmente è ancora abbandonata. Noi vogliamo creare una serie di attività al fine di aumentare l'impatto per la natura e per la comunità. Il nome riflette il nostro desiderio di sensibilizzare e lavorare con i giovani, e aprire le nostre menti alla bellezza della natura che ci circonda, e come possiamo aiutare per proteggerla.
Il sito si trova nell’area tra Tramonti e Nocera, nel contesto di una zona rurale tra le montagne e vicino al mare allo stesso tempo. In questa zona, essendo una zona montuosa mediterranea ed è influenzata dalla geologia vulcanica del Vesuvio, si trovano molte aree di natura e habitat speciali. Noi, come la popolazione locale che vive qui, a volte magari non ne siamo molto consapevoli o non apprezziamo abbastanza.
Siamo un gruppo di giovani della zona, appassionati escursionisti della natura, e molti di noi hanno avuto questa idea di creare un'attività a beneficio della comunità locale in questa parte della foresta già da tempo perché abbiamo visto che questa zona non è stata trattata con la cura che riteniamo necessaria. Ci sono molte tracce di rifiuti umani, ma allo stesso tempo crediamo che questa zona sia particolare per natura, fauna e flora e che abbia un alto potenziale.
The project "Apriti bosco!" is a project of the European Solidarity Corps about a revaluation of a green area, which currently is still abandoned, but where we want to create a set of activities in order to raise impact for the nature and for the community. The name reflects our wish to raise awareness and work with young people, and to open our minds to the beauty of the nature that surrounds us, and how we can help to protect it.
It took plate in an area between Tramonti and Nocera Inferiore, in a rural area in between mountains and close to the sea at the same time. The area has many areas of special nature and habitats and is part of the Mediterranean mountain zone and influenced by the volcanic geology of the Vesuvio, but sometimes we, as the local people who live here, are not very aware of it.
We are a group of young people from the area who are supported by the Associazione Acarbio. As passionate nature excursionists, many of us had this idea of creating an activity for the benefit of the local community in this part of the forest already for some time because we saw that this area has been not treated with the care that we think is necessary. There are many traces of human waste, where at the same time we believe that this area is particular in nature, fauna and flora and that it has high potential.
